    Anwendung

    Preparation: Put one teaspoon (approx. 3 g) of the powder into a cup.
    Infusion: Add 150 ml of hot, but not boiling, water.
    Stir: Stir well until the powder is completely dissolved.
    Enjoy: Drink your coffee preferably 15-30 minutes before a meal.

    Note: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
